Destination choice.....

I need some help as I am useless at knowing where is good to go on holiday. The requirements are:

Hot and sunny enough for sunbathing in November
Some of the usual hotel type stuff, nice pool, good bars, cool food
A variety of activities i.e. not all water sport stuff. Quad bikes, interesting places to go, fun activties etc so I don't get bored
Budget of around £2k per person for up to 10 days
Not too resort esque if possible

Any suggestions for countries, locations, hotels etc gratefully received.

Wil be keeping an eye on this - would also like somewhere hot for November - budget not quite as high as the previous poster though.
