...using my (our) Virgin Airmiles.

So today I decide to upgrade six seats to Upper Class (London - Orlando) and I've now been on hold for just under an hour. Why do companies spend millions on sales & marketing to get you to make that call. And when you make the call no one answers the phone? Beats the hell out of me!

I've always found trying to use Virgin miles a total and utter pain. Bombard me with marketing but then don't follow through with any decent or even slightly reasonable availability, not a great way to encourage customer loyalty.
