Has anyone flown FC premium ?
Obviously won't be in the BA/Virgin class but is is much better than the standard offering ?
Big familiy holiday to Dominican Rep next summer and they seem to be the only direct flights.

Not worth the money apparentley, Brother in law used it and he said its the same seats and just a few freebies on the flight such as drinks etc.

Would agree with the above. Get a better meal (!!) bigger screen tv's with individual channel choice. Wider seats with lumbar adjustment and slightly more leg room. Free drinks on demand too - but for the extra you pay it's not really worth it.

First Choice cattle class isn't that bad.

We went to Cuba earlier in the year and for the extra money I thought the premium seats were well worth it. I am over 6' so the economy seat is a painful experience for anything more than a few hours and the food was good.
For Dominican journey length I wouldn't hesitate while you can still get them at a reasonable price. In the future we can expect APD tax increases to make premium seats unaffordable.

I did similar. Enough legroom to be comfortable, and no howling children crawling everywhere.

The price seems to vary a lot, so you need to shop around.

I have done both and it's quite good, worth an extra £100 or so.

We upgraded for £200, 2 long 11 hour flights. You get drinks included and a bit more legroom, nicer 'flightpack' with socks, toothbrush, moisturiser etc, choice of menu (even managed a bit of smoked salmon which IMHO wasn't bad). Long flight definitely worth it.

Definitely worth it IMO - did this to Orlando in July. Bigger seats, better TV and movie on demand selection, free drinks etc......

Worth no more than £25 each tops, and that is on a long trip.
