As thread titel - any 'hidden gems' for me and my two kids to spend three nights in the city? No need to be fancy - stayed at Marriot County Hall last time which was fine.

Any other ideas?

Edited to addd - marriot COuinty Hall is over £220/night!! Do not want to spend anywhere near that!

Cheers

Not exactly a hidden gem, but I stayed at the Britania International by Canary Wharf at the start of the month for 3 nights at about £70 per room per night.
Booked through hotelconnect website with 35% off (plus an extra little bit on top of that through my works employee discount scheme).
Not a bad hotel with full breakfast buffet for that price, when even travel inns etc can be around £70 in London.
