I'm thinking the end of this month...
2 adults...
Must be sunny...
Ideally no more than 700 all inclusive...
7 nights...
We went to sharm in July and im thinking that could be the ticket again although that cost a lot more than 700. Not too fussed on the quality of hotel just want sun for a week.
Where would i find really good deals? and perhaps some other ideas on destinations.

Tenerife ?
I have just booked for mid december. Monarch were doing a flight deal 9.99 each way although with taxes and the extra legroom seats this ended up at £50 each way. Which is still pretty good for a 4 hour flight.
Accomodation, we have a nice apartment in Los Cristianos , booked through asda travel (oddly they are cheapest !) £400 for 8 days , 2 bed apartment, 3 pools etc.
So family of 4, 8 day break in the sun £800 !
You should be able to get something similar but with only 2 of you get a nice 4* hotel.
Just avoid las americas unless you like vomiting chavs and noise....
