Travel insurance that includes 'hazardous' activities?!
Discussion
Have a look at AXA's website - the list of included activities is pretty generous, and you can add an extreme sports or winter sports package on top that includes a load of extras. Not too bad for me at around £60 worldwide for a year. And at least I've heard of them. Never claimed, but bloke at work did do when he broke himself abroad and didn't have any issues.
STA Travel top level policies cover sea kayaking, scuba, skydiving and most other crazy stuff. Unless you're just going to NZ to spend a month skydiving everyday (i.e. the main reason for the trip), the policies include all these activities as standard.
Loads of info on the website and having used it myself, the service if you need to claim is pretty good too and excesses are pretty low. Drop me an email if you want to go ahead with it and I'll see if I can drop a discount on the price too
