Is anyone able to recommend a hotel at Heathrow whereby you stay the night before your flight, leave your car in their car park for a couple of weeks and then (maybe) stay another night at the end before driving home? I presume this type of hotel has a shuttle to the terminal?

Thanks.

It really does depend on the terminal you're flying from. T4 is connected to the Hilton, which is the easiest one.

Stayed and parked at the Raddison, Sheraton Skyline and the Mariott on bath road before. All of them let you park (and leave the car) on site and run shuttle buses (although a taxi is only a tenner). All have their pluses and minuses. Marriot is very comfy, good cocktail bar at the Skyline and you can can runway veiws at the raddison. Pick the best deal and stay there.

Good point. It's Air New Zealand and I think that is T1.

We stayed here recently. Really friendly people. Parking is £55 for the first week, dropping to £2 a day thereafter. Accomodation is £40/person for one night They drop you off at the terminal, and pick you up on your return. Fab breaky, and restaurants a not far by taxi.

A good range of excellent restaurants close by too. The Crazy Bear, Hand and Flowers, The Fat Duck and a lot more besides.

Try www.holidayextras.co.uk I used them a couple of weeks ago for a hotel + parking for LHR-T5...no problems and great value!

I use Holiday Extras too. The only caveat is to check reviews for the cheaper places as we got the cheapest one at Gatwick and it was pretty bad to be honest! They usually have very competitive prices on all the best places to stay though smile
