Parkign options @ Gatwick

Hey... I have to drop my girlfriend off at the North Terminal on Friday morning about 6.30am... anywhere I can park for like 15 mins to help her in etc. wihtout paying or is it strictly set down, 2-3 mins sort of thing? I then have to find somehwere to park prperly as I'm flying about half 9 in the morning from South Terminal to Dublin for the weekend... whats the best bet for safe, secure and reaosnably priced parking? Just Gatwicks long term car park or elsewhere? I'm fairly tight on time but not too bad as I don't need to check-in - just get through security and to my gate

Go on the BAA Parking Gatwick site and put in your arrival and return dates and times and see what it comes up with.

I went to Greece for a week and got into the short stay right next to the South Terminal for about £90. Has to be prebooked plus there are the offsite options with a coach to the terminal as well as valet parking.

Just Google Parking Gatwick and look at the official BAA site.

But as for parking and helping in with bags etc. Thats a NO i'm afraid, they are very hot on people setting down and will move you on pronto once you are done. If you leave your car for more than 5 mins it WILL be towed.

There's a multi-storey car park for short term just next to the north terminal, McDonalds is just off the roundabout for the south terminal for your breakfast after dropping her off.
