I have found the hotel I would like to stay at with them for the best price so far. Having never heard of thema are they a reliable company? I am assuming they are as they are part of the TUI group and are ATOL and ABTA members.

Hayes and Jarvis are indeed part of TUI, and have been part of the First Choice Group for years. So you have all the normal protection from ABTA and ATOL.
They tend to do the higher end, more boutique products in my experience.

It's most i'll have paid for a holiday before as its wedding/honeymoon so that takes it into there market price wise and because it will be the most I've paid i don't want to be booking with a dodgy company but also want it a a good price.
But have had a look about and they seem decent enough.
