Hotel in 3 hours from Birmingham

Looking for a few nights away next summer at a decent hotel in maximum of 3 hours driving from Brum, have looked in Cheshire / Bath regions so far.

Dont need somewhere in the town / city but somewhere close to places to go.
Looking at 4 star plus, must have some sort of spa on site and very nice rooms / bathrooms.

Dont really want to spend more than £200 per night if possible,

Any recommendations please?
