just been starting to think about new year, last year was pretty bad ended up spending it on my own, which sucked! All my friends are in relationships and most have kids. I've started thinking about maybe going away this year, treating myself! Soi any suggestions would be good!

Two years ago I tagged along with some family friends and booked a last minute ski trip at Xmas to Italy with Mark Warner. Upon arrival at the hotel it seemed as though everybody else staying in the chalet (about 25 people) knew each other and were part of some sort of group. My freinds and I all tried to work out what the link between all these people was as they were such a strange mix from all over the country. It turned out they had all signed up to a holiday through friendshiptravel.com.

It was the best ski holiday I have ever been on, we almost became part of this group going out each night, meeting up for lunch on the slopes etc. They were a really good bunch of people. I assumed it would just be an 18-30 holiday set-up but open to all ages , I was wrong, everybody seemed to get along and I think some real friendships were made that week.
