Chalet Des Neiges II, Val Thorens
Discussion
I've not stayed personally, we were just up the road at Les Balcones.
From memory, you can't quite ski in/ski out, at least, not back in anyway. It is only a short walk though.
One bit of good news, you are really close to one of the best bars in VT O'connels. Pop in and say hi to Stig for us (he doesn't wear a white helmet)
If you are driving down, I would suggest you stop somewhere, and stock upon beer/booze/snacks etc, as the French have the ability to reach down your throat, and pull your wallet up through your ass when charging in VT.
....and you're right, you do have to share the toilets.
Some amazing skiing there, enjoy !

Thanks for the info.... Booked now. I hope that the other guests understand that they will be sharing the loos with a couple of beer drinking, lentil eating vegetarians....
We're no longer driving, so we'll have to limit the beer and sup the free wine at dinner.
We chose VT because of the altitude and glacier; so expecting a reasonable degree of certainty for skiing. And we'll say Hi to the Stig.
