Adventure trip for me and my teen son???

Hi All,

would like to take my 14 year old son on an adventure for 1 week to 10 days. Happy to go any where in the world where we can have some amazing experiences.

Any ideas welcome.

Depends how much you are willing to spend. I have heard safari trips where you camp out for about a week in Kenya and places like that are good.

No more than 4K ideally. Would like to go end of Jan/Feb.

Did a Safari with him in Tanzania 2 years ago which was awesome.

Go and do the Cresta Run

an awesome experience , boys only

You have to join the club , and they will allocate an instructor , and for c. £250 to £300 each you get something like 5 runs over 4 days
a perfect time of year

I went a couple of years ago with my old man when he was 65 , it was awesome , and we both earned our shuttlecock ties

worth checking about the minimum age , and availability might be a problem , but if you are flexible it will be great !

i was going to say goto the rockies as you have rafting, climbing, mountain biking and loads of other stuff. but then i saw jan / feb, which means it will be covered in snow. Maybe something similar in south america / Argentina?
