Where to go on road trip?

Hi

I have a 2 weeks off in June and would like to do a road trip in Europe. At the moment I am thinking of going to Italy, maybe down one side and up the other. I did a trip in my Elise two years ago so am not new to the idea but it would be great to get some inspiration, pointers, ideas etc. I am looking to see some sites, drive decent roads, get some sun and chill out.

head for the old pits at reims then down to Dijon, through the swiss alps, stop for some Fondu at lake lucerne, through the italian lakes, then milan, florence, rome, amalfi, up the other side and come back through austria with a bit of Berlin nightlife on the way home.
