Luton Airport - how long to check in Sat am?

We're off to the Geneva motor show in a couple of weeks time and going there and back in a day.
The flight out is at about 07:00 from Luton, so I was wondering how busy it would be at that time. I've heard some scary stories about London City recently due to increased security.

Shouldn't be too bad but there can be a bit of a queue coming off the motorway.
The shorter-term parking (cost for a day is fine) is right next to the terminal so no waiting for buses. If you can check in online and won't have bags then it's just a walk straight through to security then on to your gate.
