Has anyone used these people before for a holiday and had a good experience
I'm looking at 5 star package, Dubai, Bangkok & Thailand. I have read the reviews of the actual hotels on trip advisor and they seem favorable.

My 2p:-
- Unless you've a desparate need to waste your cash, don't go to Dubai. It's expensive, it's poor vfm, the much-vaunted customer-service disappears as soon as you step-outside of the hotel, and there's an 'attitude' to the place. By all means fly Emirates (who are excellent), but I wouldn't bother stopping-over - per-day will be cheaper in Thailand, with better food and friendlier locals!
- Unless you like Golf don't go to Hua Hin - there are better resorts in Thailand. Phuket is actually very nice, Krabi is quieter but is beautiful, Phi Phi is a genuine tropical island and Koh Samui is worth a visit too.
- If you've spare time consider a few days up in Chiang Mai - lovely city with some good excursions from there, and very different to both Bangkok and the beaches.
- Look into booking your own flights and accomodation - might be cheaper, and isn't a lot of hassle either. asiarooms.com is a good start for accomodation, or you could chance one of the late-rooms websites for a last-minute deal if you're prepared to gamble.
