Places to eat in Valencia

As title - visiting for Las Fallas, looking for some recommended places to eat, nothing too extravagent,

Restauarants open quite late. Lots of the usual tourist rubbish. In fact I cant remember a good meal in the 3 nights I was there!

Half and hour south of Valencia is a village called EL Palmar and is full of restaurants specialising in Rice dishes including Paellas and more.
