BA Strike - backlog?
Discussion
Hi Guys, i'm flying with Ba on the 2nd April, so 2 days after the second set of strikes. Does anyone know if all the people missing flights during the strikes are going to be bumped to next available flights and given priority when the strikes end? Or are they just going to be refunded? How are they going to deal with it? I'm worried about a massive backlog and not getting onto my flight. Would this be something they would do or am i worrying about nothing?
Thanks
Thanks
if you have already booked your flights you should be fine.
we had to shift our flights to the next day, I think it said on the website something like 'the next available alternative flight is....' - so existing bookings would take priority, could have been that the following day was already full, in which case we'd have been looking at switching routes/airlines.
