Visa requirements for Slovakia?

Does anyone know what the entry requirements would be for a brief business trip to Slovakia?

The Bratislava tourist guide says that most holiday visitors can visit on just a passport, but it doesn't mention business.

Slovakia is a member of the EU so you can go there without a visa for whatever (legal) purpose.

I worked in Slovakia a couple of years ago for a month or so....don't recall any Visa requirement?

Just to add - Slovakia is absolutely fricking amazing! The people (women), the food, the beer, the weather.......I want to go back....

Just checking. I've never been to Eastern Europe before, but it does indeed appear to be a perfectly normal EU passport job.

Does anyone know if you can get cheap flights to Bratislava from any vaguely reputable airline? Been invited to an event out there and trying to see if I can work it into a business trip.

Ryan Air fly there from Stansted or Luton Chris, but they're hardly reputable I guess! You can fly into Vienna with lots of nice airlines from Heathrow - Bratislava only 30 mins away across the border....
