Bivi or 1 man tent?

Im looking to get a Hooped Bivi or a 1 man tent for nights out on the moors, in the woods and along the coast paths? It will be used for trips of one night only, maybe two, so doesn't need too be big and it needs to be packed small and light.

I have been looking online at The Rab 'Ridge Raider Bivi' and the 'Force 10 Helium 100' which are about £200! I have also considered the 'Gelert Solo' which is under £40 but seems to get quite good reviews? Any one have much knowledge on this kind of stuff or any recomendations?
