Bournemouth – nice self catering options?

We’re looking at taking our 1-year old son down to Bournemouth (or somewhere fairly close by) for a week during the summer.

Does anyone have any recommendations of any nice cottages, apartments or self catering options for rent? The general idea is ‘boutique hotel style charm’ but with a bit more space... no grim 1970’s seaside ‘holiday flats’, no lace curtains!

Somewhere that’s got décor and facilities as nice as home, where we’re not going to walk through the door and immediately want to get back in the car and drive back home!

Doesn't have to be cheap. The priority is to find a nice place!
