Have a day free in Barca. I have been before so have done the Gaudi/Picaso thing, the Zoo, the aquarium, the gothic quater, Las Ramblas etc.

Mrs 4C won't tolerate the footy tour, so whats to do? I was thinking of vegging on the hop-on tourist bus but they are offering a trip to Monserrat or a helicopter trip over the city?

Tell the mrs to jog on, do what you can to get a ticket to Barca-Inter tonight. Haha.

Sorry that's not much help to you, but it's what I'd be doing.

My missus isn't into footy in any way (I can see me spending the entire World Cup month trying to explain the rules biggrin)... She went on the Camp Nou tour at the weekend as part of a corporate do in Barcelona and really enjoyed it - keep trying!

(And if you fail, I've heard the Bus Tours are worth it - didn't get round to doing one last time we went!)

bus tour or daytime tapas/bar crawl along the beaches starting at the cable car and going towards the cathedral.

Nice choice to have !

Given the buzz that will probably be around the Camp Nou today ahead of tonight, I'd definately be offering 'er indoors the ultimatum of come or stay at the hotel.

Get it done early doors, spot of lunch somewhere and the rest of your day is your oyster.
