Not sure why Oneworld is the best Alliance - I'm a big Star Alliance fan!

Agree with Singapore and Emirates up there - very impressed with both.

Not sure about Malaysian though...service was fine but the food out of KL (3 flights, so not just a one-off) was barely edible 3-4 years ago (and we like SE Asian food).

I think BA only win the 'BA News' awards not the passenger ones.
