Driving across Switzerland using the motorways, inevitably Mrs.b will need the loo.

I’m guessing these are all coin operated, but what coins and since we aren’t actually staying in Switzerland I wasn’t going to get any currency.

So do we just go before we leave, if you see what I mean, or is there an alternative ?

Cheers,

Simon.

We had to "cut through" Switzerland a couple of years ago and needed to take a stop. I don't seem to remember the toilets being coin operated. We did however, need to buy a Vignette (sp) to use the Motorway.

Just go into the service stations when you get fuel no problem, at least that's what we do and there may be a plate outside the toilets to drop some money in.
