Things to do in Croatia

Mate is having a stag and Wedding in Croatia (as he is marrying a Croatian lady). We are heading out at the end of the month, stag do will be in Zagreb, wedding in the middle of nowhere.
He recently badly broke his leg, he might be off the crutches by then, but maybe not, so hard physical activities are out, but am looking for ideas for 'stagie' type things to do, other than the obvious of getting plastered and leering over beautiful Croatian ladies!
Can you do things like shoot big guns over there? Any other ideas?
