2 days in Switzerland - what to do?

A ridiculously short amount of time granted, but suggestions on how to spend two days in Switzerland please. Just stay in/around Geneva, or venture further? I really want to see the Aletsch Glacier, but could be a struggle in such a short time?

Trains in Switzerland are excellent, so it wouldn't be a problem to get there/back, IMO.

Yes, I've heard the rail link is excellent in Switzerland. Aletsch glacier here we come!

Take a day around Lac Leman - I'd certainly recommend Lausanne.
