Trying to book a holiday - Need help!

Having spent several days in and out of Travel Agents and searching the net Mrs M and I just can't find a holiday to tick the boxes so thought I'd try here to see if anyone has any recommendations.

Our Criteria are quite simple;
> Mid to late Sepember
> Somewhere hot and sunny (but not scorch the shirt off you hot)
> Quality, tranquility, calm
> £2/3k
> Possibly Dinghy sailing available.
> Half Board.

Has anyone got any personal, specific recommendations? (please!!)

Do people still use travel agents?

1.Decide where to go that suits a) hot, b)activities you want.
2. Get on http://www.booking.com and find a hotel you like that's in your price bracket
3. get on http://www.skyscanner.net/ or similar and find a flight
