European ski holidays with childcare

Can anybody recommend tour operators with daycare for children whilst you ski, I have already tried Mark Warner so looking for a similar alternative.

Club Med have several resort hotels.

We've been looking at similar.

Club Med seems good - lots of kids clubs etc.. and can look expensive, but they are fully inclusive.

I think quite a few resorts are good for childcare - it does slightly depend on the age of the children tho..
Especially the French ones around the Trois Vallees.

I think that we will go with a company and look to arrange separate childcare out there, but through the
company we book our holiday with.
