Off to Ibiza in 7 days, any tips?

Hi guys, im off to the sunny Island for the first time with my other half and a mate and his wife we all made a pact that we would go before we hit 30 and well, this is the very last opportunity.
Ive read all of the guides etc, but was just wondering if anyone had any tips on where to go and see, we will go to one of the big closing parties at one of the large clubs but for the rest of the holiday would probably like the quieter bars and sunsets tbh, cant do allday drinking anymore, just cant be arsed.
Was thinking about renting bikes and seeing the rest of the island, any day trips people can reccomend?

Just got back from there on Tuesday. Went for 4 nights for my stag do. And we're all aged 37ish so a bit more of grown up group.
Would recommend Eden on a Friday and then maybe Pacha if you fancy another night. Also Cafe Mambo and Cafe Del Mar a cool. Oh and Blue Marlin on a Sunday.
But be prepared to spend a shed load. Seriously. It's f
king expensive.
60 euro entries to clubs etc. When we went to Pacha on Saturday night we had a small VIP table with 6 bottles of spirits and mixers - 1800 euros thank you very much.
Had the most amazing time though and would definitely do it again if I could get away with it.

Won't everything be shut? I thought the closing parties were this week?
I know a few people working out there and they are coming back in the next week or so.
Even so, I've been in the close season and it was still enjoyable, as well as a hell of a lot cheaper
If your apartment is right next to Care del Mar you will have a great view of the sunset. Have fun

Sounds like an excellent place to be staying!
I got back from there last week aswell. We're aged 21 and a group of us went. As has already been said, cafe del mar and cafe mambo are awesome, especially around sunset time but they get very busy.
We went to 2 of the big nights, watching Tiesto at Priveledge and then Deadmau5 at Amnesia later in the week. Would definately going to at least 2 big club nights, the experience is something I can't put into words! Looking at 45 euros for tickets and then 11 euros for a bottle of bud to give you an idea of prices.
The other nights we just spent in the West End, where you've got a combination of bars and small clubs, where to be honest the drinks aren't all that bad.
All in all its the best holiday I've ever been on, rather jealous that you're going to be out there!

Things wont quite be shut, we are getting there on the 24th and will manage to go to a couple of the big closing parties, may not be as crazy aswell.

Just don't do the sunset paragliding like me and a mate did and drop your camera in the sea 
Cafe del mar area is the place I'd choose.
1) I'd happily go there every evening to watch the sun set. You must try that.
Make sure you buy your drink from the off license and sit on the beach rather than pay bar prices.
2)There is a few bars on the bay or the beach near the 2 night clubs (plastik, Bar M etc) which are a nice change to the main strip of bars. There is also some dodgem cars and a bungee ball thingy which are great fun after a few beers.
3)Ibiza rocks is not far from you and may be worth seeing if they have anyone on you'd be interested in seeing.

Worth having a walk down to Linekers bar aswell. If you walk around the harbour from where you're staying, past Es Paradis and Eden, it's down there. Gets pretty lively later on but there is relaxed seating outside overlooking the beach which is pretty nice.
Another shout here for the dodgems, a lot more fun than you'd think after a few beers!

A tip for getting cheaper entry to clubs is not to buy them on the day itself, you can get a fair discount buying a day or two in advance, and you can normally haggle a discount out of a ticket pimp that's off their target.
Pacha is normally 60-70 euros on the door depending on the night, but you can get them for 35 euros the day before.
Pacha and Space are must dos for me, not a fan of the san an clubs personally. You get more riff-raff in there.

Privelege is worth a visit just because it's such an awesome venue, you're unlikely to see anywhere quite like it. The Warung nights tickle my fancy as I'd like to go to Warung in Brazil.
