Looking to organise something nice for my wifes Birthday in Bordeaux and wondering if anyone has any recommendations for hotels and restaurants?

Thinking maybe a romantic train ride for the day as well, not looked at whats on offer yet so if anyone has some ideas?

Here is a place my wife & I stayed at in St Emillion. A lovely town and obviously fantastic if you enjoy wine!

Will always be special to us as this is where we got engaged!
