OK, in order to avoid any buildup to a "Falling Down" moment, I am packing up! Myself and a few of my workmates (ones I can talk in front of after too much drink) are heading for a lake and cabin in the Cajun Swamps for the rest of the week. We have had a run here of sunny days of 75 degrees F. and nights at 50, so can't stay inside! No phone signal there. We have a trunked radio if needed in an emergency; otherwise, fishing, drinking, telling lies, cooking, relaxing. The rest of the work week can do without us. Here is hoping the endless emergencies, large and small, will give it a rest for a couple of days. smile

That sounds like bliss.

Thankfully only three weeks until I'm in the highlands.

You may. There is a 12 foot gator living in the cove there, I will try to snap a pic.

Loved that film..

He never actually played that Banjo.

It was a famous Banjo player that sat behind him.. cleverly done though.

You're not wrong fella, the trip up involves hooning up to get there with 3 TVRs, 911 Turboand an S3.

If heaven is a place on earth I think it may be there.

Cannot wait.

I'm sure there is a Boudreaux and Thibodeaux joke in there somewhere, but I shall refrain...

Have fun Jim!

It's all set. Jimbo and her bayou queens. Just a little something for morale. And let me add, Sergeant, that these women are expecting some, uh, small unit military penetration.
