Good things to do in Argentina

I'm off to Argentina for a conference next week. I'll be based in Buenos Aires but I'm taking an internal flight down to Iguaçu (to see the Iguaçu falls) the week after. Does anyone have any 'must visit'/'must do' recommendations? Suggestions for good places to eat in Buenos Aires?

Iguazu Falls are awesome, as is Perito Moreno glacier. Both are suited to holidaymakers rather than people with a month or more. The area around Mt Fitz Roy is very beautiful but less suited to a whistle stop tour, likewise Ushuaia national park. Torres del Paine over the border in Chile are very beautiful. Internal flights can be had quite cheaply (or could when I was there 7 years ago) if the distances look too big.
