as to not realise that firms like monarch and easyjet etc charge for baggage?

its shocking how many people go to holiday on these thinking hold luggage is inclusive

how much more publicity do firms like EJ, MOn need to do for people to realise?

Do they want people to realise? If you buy at time of booking, it's a tenner. Turn up, and it;s 25 quid.

With all the low cost airlines, the onus in on you to not drop the ball - if they can, they WILL make you pay through the nostrils for being late / overweight etc.

Don't understand. I always get charged for baggage - BMIBaby, Thomson, Thomas Cook, they all charge about £20 a case.

I had 1 letter today complaining she read the bit about the baggage but still thought it wud be Inc as it was with air France!
