Paris - restaurant recommendations please

Hi there, taking my wife to Paris for a surprise birthday treat (4 - 6 December) but struggling on the restaurant front as so many to choose from! I understand Michelin starred dining is very expensive when compared to the UK but does anyone have any ideas? We will want to have one really nice dinner or lunch (max. €100 per person inc. drinks), the remainder of meals will be less expensive. We are staying at the Keppler hotel.
