Hotel in Sorrento

Hi

I'm looking for a nice hotel to stay at with the wife whilst at a wedding in Sorrento, any suggestions/recommendations ?

Stayed at the Hotel Presidente about 10 years ago. It was ste, dont go there. Apart from Aldo the barman that made sure I was always drunk so didnt care.

We stayed here and loved it, slightly out of town but no more than a 10 minute walk from the drains.

Stay well away from the Nastro Azzurro (not the beer, the hotel). We were led to believe it was a 5 star resort. It's miles away from town, on top of a hill (views? NO CHANCE). It was dingy, dirty and PH decorum prevents me from using more colourful descriptives. To be honest, there aren't many great hotels in Sorrento, so be careful. Having said that, the one on the post above looks lovely.

Stayed here a couple of years ago, it was very nice. Worth paying the extra for a Sea View room.
