Hotels/B&B's in Lake District

Can anyone recommend any in the Lakes?

I am looking to take the missus away for a weekend break towards the end of Jan 2011. Ideally something romantic and close to tourist hotspots. I think we'd like to do the usual..nice walks, a trip on one of the lakes..good dining etc.

Budget wise..I guess upto £150 a night max?
