Can anyone recommend a nice boutique, funky, modern hotel in central London.

I know about the sanderson but anywhere else?

The May Fair is modern / contemporary etc.
The Athenauem also fits the bill...

St Martins Lane is my favourite place to stay in London. Owned by the same group as Sanderson, although nicer imo.

I got K West on Hotwire, it was a few years back when the local tube was shut due to redevelopment. It was nice, don't recall eating there though, and its surroundings are a bit grotty. It is London though.

I'll give it a +1 though as SWMBO liked it and thought I'd put lots of effort into finding it.
