Has anyone done an all inclusive to Tenerife?

I did Mexico a couple of years ago which was my first all inclusive and i was converted, it was simply brilliant. The GF has expressed a wish to go back to Tenerife as we met there many many years ago. I fancy going to an all inclusive resort but i hear the Spanish all inclusive's are nowhere near as good as the Carribean.

Any info greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

Won't it depend on where you stay. I'm sure there must be a wide range of "all inclusive" arrangements on the Island.

I think the Caribbean is more tempting to go AI as the environs can be a bit dodgy/intimidating or lacking tourist infrastructure kind of like parts of Egypt. I can't see a reason to go AI in Tenerife as you'll be wearing a wristband and drinking local beer only from plastic cups all day, when there are perfectly good restaurants, bars all over the island

Just my 2p

Depends where you go. Some places do proper all inclusive, some don't. Check trip advisor and the like, you generally get fairly specific answers there. Depends what you mean by proper, though, JD or slices of cucumber and a paper umbrellasmile
