We will be heading down to Cornwall for a wedding in June and would like to spend the following week down there. Does anybody know of any decent rental cottages that have (ideally) 2 double bedrooms?

Location can be either rural or in a town, by the sea would be nice though

Guy that runs it is a petrolhead, and they really take care of their guests.

We stayed here in Penzance a couple of years ago - bonus for the petrolhead is that it comes with a garage thumbup Only sleeps 3 though.

Thanks for the recommendation Rob – the support is much appreciated. Look forward to seeing you in May Athlon – we will look after you. Ph’ers always very welcome at Pencuke Farm, there are also some cracking roads round here if you get the chance to bring the toys down.

We stopped here last year. Lovely cottage right on the creek edge, very quiet and beautiful location. It's located down a single track lane (literally) and the only other neighbours are dotted some distance away further round the creek.

I used this site http://www.abovebeachcottages.co.uk/ a couple of years ago when staying in Porthleven.

We stayed in this place a couple of years ago http://www.tregadjack.co.uk/

Really high quality finish and they take dogs! Huge fields for the hound to run round in and very safe. The catering should you want it is excellent too. It's in a very quiet area but maybe a 10 min drive from the South Coast of Cornwall and because it's down near the end not that far from the North Coast either.

We booked it through Rural Retreats but looks like they may have gone independent now.
