We stayed here over New Year, was absolutely fine.

However, http://www.lykiagroup.co.uk/lykia_world_oludeniz.h... is unbeatable for kids and adults, been there 6 times in 5 years. Don't worry about the "bug" that occurred last year,it was proven to have been brought in by someone/something rather than a hygeine issue. The place is the cleanest you'll find anywhere, fantastic staff, shame it's getting more and more expensive, but with kids your age it will be fantastic for them.

We are two families trying to book a decent hotel near a beach with good entertainment and facilities offering all inclusive.
Would prefer Spain, Balearic/Canaries.
Anyone got any suggestions? Many of the decent hotels are booked or do not offer familiy rooms.
