Egypt - Spa resort, any recommendations

Given that the most of the passes I was hoping to drive don't open until the end of May our European driving jaunt has now morphed into a weeks R&R in the sun. Looking at Egypt (warm weather guraranteed ish) and ideally a 5* Spa resort type place to chill for a week.

Any recommendations?

Hi we went to the Sheraton in Soma Bay. Google Soma Bay and it will come up with a few hotels. Beautiful beach, very quiet. It was great.
