I need to fly internally next week using Flybe, staying away one night. I cannot see on their website what is the max size/weight allowed for a carry on bag (which I assume is included in the flight cost).

Also, I assume a photo driving licence is OK for ID (passport out of date).......?

Thanks.

Cabin luggage: 50 x 35 x 23cm and it should not exceed 10 kilos in weight.

I always use Google rather than trying to search the site, much easier.

Something like "Flybe id photo" got there pretty quick.

In my experience (100+ flights per year with them) they don't tend to enforce it too strictly, saying that the small planes have crap storage

For the "wife" obviously - keep all cans under 100ml, in hand luggage and in total less than 1 litre and "she'll" be fine

The overhead lockers on their Dash 8's are quite tight and it can be difficult to get anything the size of their maximum permissible carry on into them. Squashable carry on luggage is the way forward.
