car hire west coast USA - Camaro V8 Convertable

[phucks1976]

08/08/11 im starting my honeymoon and im looking to hire a V8 Camaro to drive from sanfrancisco to vegas. All the normal hire car companies wont specify the model and i am wary of independant car hire firms. Any advice or recommendations.

Most rental cars are poverty spec V6. I think the only way of being sure is through something like Hertz special division - or whatever it is called.

You can specify a 2SS Camaro with Avis, in their 'specialty vehicle' collection.
