Car Hire - Faro - Argus Car Hire cheap

Am off to Portugal next month for a few days with the missus. Hotel is about 20kms from airport (Hilton Vilamoura) and hotel quoted €34 each way for a taxi. Am debating whether to hire a car and looked up a quote with Argus Car Hire which came in at £56 for the trip!
Anyone dealt with them or recommend anyone else or even if needed?
