Sports Resorts

We're looking for a good sports resort, middle to high end for a break of about a week during the summer.

Would like quite a few Tennis lessons (for "beginner/improver" level) plus good pools etc.
Maybe a beginner golf lesson or two, and some, erm, Yoga/Tai Chi.

Europe or UK is good. Long haul flights also acceptable.

Avoiding kids, and all-you-can-eat buffets if possible. Also don't want to be force fed carrots - nice bars and restaurants would be great.

Any recommendations ?

A friend of mine bought an apartment in a place called Corvera near Murcia. It has olypmic pool etc and all that fancy stuff

my villa on the algarve is walking distance from this place, have played there many time and also had my son coached there over the years, great set up and very nice resort
