Northwest Germany?

Hi all,

I will be staying near Arnhem in the Netherlands next week and fancy doing a bit of sight seeing in northwest Germany as its not far from the border.

Can anyone give any pointers or recomendations of anywhere worth visiting (open to anything really- scenery, historical towns etc etc) around the Duisburg, Oberhausen area?

Any advice welcome.

Ah right, thanks for that will try s-Hertogenbosch aswell. Will be camping for a week near Arnhem so really looking for inspiration apart from the obvious visit to Amsterdam.
