Ascari Circuit in Spain ? open to public

Off to Marbella in MAy for a couple of weeks of R+R with family.
Need to get some Pistonhead fix while away and wondered if the Ascari Circuit up in Ronda is open to the public. Would like to be able to watch some expensive machinery going around if there is any.
Anyone been there tried to get in?
Anywhere else to try other than the willy waving competition in Puerto Banus?
