£400 long weekend

I have promised my girlfriend a long weekend away (3-4 days).

We have a budget of £400, the continent would be preferable with either the car or by plane, we also have a large tent which could be an option.

Give me some ideas?

I'd start with the website of your nearest airport (or skyscanner.net) - cheap flights from there and camp (if the OH is amenable to that).

Go on the Ryanair website and then lastminute.com for the hotel.Just play around with locations and you should find something cheap.

We've booked go to to Tenerife with a 3* Hotel for 4 nights for £150 each.

Eurostar it to Belgium. Bruges or Ghent.
Chocolate for the lovely lady, and lovely beer for you.
