Royal Snail why on earth do they have to Pi$$ about with their online site? from memory they've updated the site about 3-4 times at least and every time it's a matter of waiting days/ a good week before I can print stamps online.

I had to ring up yesterday as I couldn't use their site. The lady on the end of the phone was just as exasperated. Why does it take an entire week to update a website?

I rarely send anything by Royal Mail any more but the one day I need to print a stamp the website is screwed.

They really are first class idiots. Oh, wait, make that second class idiots who lose themselves in the post.
