Poll skip voting

If you go to poll and want to read a it more about it before voting, you can click 'skip voting'
When you go back to the top of the thread or go back into it you dont get that choice again and cant vote
Is there a way of arranging the poll so those whove skipped voting can go back and vote?

True, When you press 'skip voting' it takes you straight to the results
What you want to do is skip voting look at least at the opening post but probbaly all subsequent posts, decide which way to vote on the subject and go back and vote
Obviously if it's only a basic poll like 'do you have a broken leg' or 'how many wheels do you think are on your car' you can probably vote straightaway.
As it stands 'Skip voting' means 'Dont let me vote'
